Despite guiding me through connection procedures and troubleshooting within the app, which were quite clear, it eventually suggested contacting their support team. On dialing them, I reached an operator immediately who guided me through resetting the device, yet despite these efforts, synchronization between the app and AC remained unsuccessful.
