- 2:00 PM–9:00 PM - Tournament Sign-up and Registration
- 5:30 PM–6:00 PM Required Captain's Gathering
- 6:00 PM–7:30 PM Captain and Crew Dinner
- 8:00 PM Kickoff Concert: Mitch Pierson
Thursday
- 9:00 AM Start of the Boat Parade Heading to the Gulf for the Tournament Commencement
- 10:00 AM Begin Flare from County Pier located towards the east along the beach
- 7:00 PM Exclusive Sponsor Gathering
- 7:30 PM Performance: Aaron Goodvin
- 8:15 PM Coronation of the Bay Point Billfish Open Ms. Reel Lady 2025
- 8:30 PM Generation Radio: Jay DeMarcus (Rascal Flatts) , Jason Scheff (Chicago) , and Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers) are joined by Chris Rodriguez (session guitarist/singer) and Tom Yankton (a Rascal Flatts live band member)
