While Realme is busy teasing the Realme GT 7 Since its series' debut across various markets, they have also verified the presence of a new concept phone. Last month, Honor introduced this device. Honor Power phone equipped with a massive 8,000mAh battery, the largest ever battery phone by a mainstream phone brand. The concept phone teased by Realme is equipped with an enormous 10,000mAh capacity battery.
Realme GT 10,000mAh concept phone design, details
The image provided by Realme presents a daring design for a conceptual smartphone known as the "GT 10000mAh." The rear of this device features the number "10,000mAh" written boldly and stylishly alongside the slogan "Power That Never Stops." This model appears to include a twin-lens camera setup optimized for taking photos.
The Realme 10,000mAh concept phone boasts an advanced ultrahigh-silicon-content anode battery with a remarkable 10% silicon content—currently the highest in smartphones—which provides an impressive energy density of 887Wh/L. This allows for a substantial power capacity without significantly increasing size or weight; hence, this device is merely 8.5mm thick and tips the scales at slightly over 200 grams. For comparison, the Honor Power features an 8,000mAh battery but maintains a slim profile of 8mm in thickness and weighs approximately 209 grams.
In order to accommodate the substantial 10,000mAh battery, Realme devised an innovative interior design known as "Mini Diamond Architecture." This breakthrough allows for the world's slimmest Android motherboard measuring just 23.4mm wide, securing more than 60 international patents. The partially clear rear panel not only showcases these inner workings but also blends style with technological advancement.
Realme is expected to hold a global launch event for the Realme GT 7 series later this month. Likely, the Realme GT 10,000mAh concept phone may get showcased at the said event. While this Realme GT concept phone may not be commercially available, it reflects the company’s experimental direction and ambition in pushing battery capacity boundaries in smartphone design.
