SEOUL, May 6 (Yonhap) -- The South Korean e-commerce company Coupang announced on Tuesday the introduction of an English version of its mobile app aimed at enhancing services for international shoppers purchasing online.
The English interface will allow users to access key features of the application in English, such as product search, product details, order information, and payment processes.
Other services used by customers, such as Rocket Delivery, cross-border shopping, and Gold Box—referencing Coupang’s daily specials—are also accessible in English.
Customers can switch to the English interface by adjusting the language settings within the My Coupang section of the application.
"A Coupang representative stated that the number of customers searching for products within the app in English is steadily rising. They also mentioned that the English interface will provide a more intuitive and convenient shopping experience for international customers," he added.
