Zelle stated that app users can continue accessing their accounts, but the app will now focus solely on educating consumers about scams and fraud. It will also feature a comprehensive list of over 2,200 banks and credit unions that support Zelle services.

The firm stated that this alteration won’t affect most of its clientele since numerous individuals already utilize Zelle via their banking entities.

If you utilized Zelle's separate application, you will have to enroll again via the mobile banking app from any of over 2,200 banks and credit unions that provide Zelle services.

"If you're already utilizing Zelle through your mobile banking application, there will be no alterations, and you won’t have to take any steps," the firm stated.
