Episode 15 of Will Trent I witnessed several plotlines unfold, including a murder mystery set in an idyllic location, a young boy seeking vengeance against Will, and Angie grappling with the death of her mother. Additionally, during our observation of Betty, we were treated to numerous scenes featuring the character.
This was a captivating episode of Will Trent Since we had a homicide at a resort involving diamonds, where Amanda Wagner was actually part of the investigation — something that doesn’t happen often as she’s usually the Deputy Director of the GBI. This time around, though, Will wasn’t connected to the case whatsoever.
Rather than being elsewhere, Will was at home with Betty and Nico. As the scene opens, we shift focus from the crime to Will’s residence, where an intruder, armed with a firearm, has managed to enter. It was particularly noteworthy to observe Betty taking charge; she was the one who warned Will about the intrusion. Her persistent barking towards the open window is what tipped him off that all wasn’t right.
It turns out that this is the younger sibling of the boy he inadvertently shot earlier in the season. Following their first encounter, we also witness Betty joining in to meet the young lad.
