On a post on X, Universal Orlando Resort has released the initial video showcasing the upcoming Toothless character encounter at Epic Universe.

The description in the video portrays the experience of encountering Toothless for the first time, indicating "move toward him gradually without making abrupt gestures." Afterward, the guest gets permission to pet Toothless, who responds by producing a purring sound.
Following the encounter, Toothless snarls and displays his teeth with his jaws wide open.

Universal Orlando Resort previously shared a preliminary glimpse Including photographs from the Hiccup and Toothless meet & greet event at How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk within Epic Universe.
Visitors will have the chance to encounter Toothless along with his rider and feel the enchantment of forming a connection with a dragon once Epic Universe launches on May 22, 2025. Additional chances to spot dragons include seeing Stormfly, Astrid’s companion, as well as Grump, who belongs to Gobber.
Regarding "How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk"
The setting for Isle of Berk falls between the events of the second and third "How to Train Your Dragon" films, immersing visitors in the Viking community where dragons and their riders rule supreme.
The attractions feature Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, a gentle roller coaster suitable for families; Dragon Racer’s Rally, a swinging Sky Fly ride that lifts guests off their feet; Fyre Drill, an engaging water attraction; and Viking Training Camp, which is a playground area.
For amusement purposes, "The Untrainable Dragon" is a live theatrical performance where Hiccup and Astrid try to train a new dragon.
