Donald Trump has vented anger towards the Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky cautioning that refusal of a peace agreement could result in him losing his nation.
Mr. Trump stated that a Russian- Ukraine The agreement was extremely close – but accused his Ukrainian counterpart of extending the "killing fields" when he declined to relinquish power Crimea to Vladimir Putin as a component of a possible peace initiative.

Mr. Zelensky maintained on Tuesday that Ukraine would not acknowledge Russia's annexation of Crimea under any circumstances, stating, "There is no discussion to be had—it is our territory, belonging to the Ukrainian people."
On Wednesday, later in the day, Mr. Zelensky shared a message on X stating, "Today has been emotionally charged. However, it’s positive that five nations convened to make peace more attainable. These countries include Ukraine, the USA, the UK, France, and Germany."
