It is thought that Mr. Chung resided in Singapore during that period, serving as the Captain for Singapore Airlines operating the Boeing B787 Dreamliner.
As recently as November 2022, he was serving in Singapore with the Australian Department of Defence.
Most recently, he served as a military assistant at Defence Australia prior to stepping down in September of last year to focus entirely on his role as the Liberal candidate for Reid, as mentioned on his LinkedIn profile.
A recent fundraising event held at a Chinese restaurant in Crown Sydney, priced at $2,000 per person, apparently raised nearly $100,000 for Mr. Grange.
