One year back, the typical cost of gasoline in the Midwest was 10% less, coming in at $2.80 per gallon.

Last week, the typical cost of gasoline across the United States stood at $3.16. This put the pricing in the Midwest approximately 2.8% below the country’s mean figure. Notably, this nationwide average has increased from the previous week when the price per gallon was $3.12.
