KEITHVILLE, La. ( KTAL/KMSS — Were you able to save a life during an emergency situation? If your response was hesitant, perhaps it’s time to attend a free CPR training session.
The Caddo Fire District 4 will be offering complimentary CPR classes on May 20th at 6 p.m. and again on May 24th at 9 a.m.
The participants will get practical CPR training, acquire skills to operate an Automated External Defibrillator ("AED") during a cardiac arrest situation, gain fundamental knowledge in first aid, and explore many additional topics.
CFD4 encourages participants to register online.
As stated by the American Red Cross, online training Prices for CPR classes and hands-on adult and pediatric first-aid training vary from $37 to $123.
