Rochester, NY – Individuals affected by diabetes within the community are actively contributing to fight against the diabetes pandemic by joining in this initiative. 2025 Tour de Cure .
The American Diabetes Association has extended an invitation to "Red Riders," people who live with diabetes, to prepare for the event. This initiative seeks to boost awareness and gather funding for diabetes research and assistance programs.
Allison Coon, who is part of the Red Rider Committee, mentioned that they are organizing various events in preparation for the Tour de Cure.
Shannon Fox, who is part of the Red Rider Committee, highlighted the significance of their mission. She stated, "With a condition such as diabetes, it not only affects us but also millions of Americans and individuals worldwide—this is truly crucial."
The ADA Tour de Cure for 2025 is set for June 7th.
