JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel states that forces have been dispatched to a recently created security zone through southern Gaza.
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated declared the launch of the new Morag Corridor To exert pressure on the Hamas militant organization and indicated it might isolate the southern town of Rafah, which Israel has decreed should be emptied out, from the remainder of Gaza.
On Saturday, a military announcement stated that soldiers from the 36th Division were dispatched within an area referred to as the corridor.
