Love Actually star Hugh Grant has harshly criticized airport employees in an angry diatribe posted online.

Grant, who mostly keeps his personal life away from public view described an immigration official who started chatting with his kids before inquiring whether they were accompanied by their parents. He found this behavior to be both “offensive” and “disturbing.”

He exclaimed angrily, "I just went through Heathrow with my wife and kids. All of us have the same last name—Grant—in our passports. The immigration official started chatting with my children and then whispered to them, ‘Are these your Mom and Dad?’ It was intrusive, demeaning, and downright unsettling."

Hugh has three young children together with his spouse, Anna, who is a 46-year-old Swedish producer: John, aged 12; Lulu, eight years old; and Blue, six years old. Additionally, he shares custody of two teenagers from his previous relationship with Tinglan Hong—Tabitha, 13, and Felix, 11. In the meantime, the father of five once playfully remarked that she “dislikes” all his performances.

In an interview with Variety, The Bridget Jones actor remarked, "I viewed it alongside my spouse and she generally dislikes most of my work, yet she was completely enthralled by this one."
