French and British forces will be among the initial groups to reach Ukraine. They stand as key representatives from the European continent, stated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Zelenskyy said that forces from France and Britain will be some of the initial troops to reach Ukraine.
In his view, these nations are the primary representatives of the European continent.
The president further explained that he is unable to disclose precisely when the delegation from these nations will arrive, or how many people will be included, since doing so would contravene current accords with allies.
"Absolutely, I have no doubt that (French and British troops) will be at the forefront," stressed the president.
Ukraine military contingent deployment
On April 4, the Coalition of the Willing held a gathering in Kyiv. Army Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi joined in the discussion.
A number of gatherings organized by the coalition have occurred so far this year. However, no concrete choices have been finalized as of now.
