Dustin Pendergrass, Joe Crow, Mason Grounds, Hailey Harrell, and Kayden Eitelman were all facing charges related to injuring a child.
Eitelman is still being held at the Bryan County Jail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 6 when they will appear in court.
