Cockatoos are wild. Owners would say that caring for one is akin to handling a toddler, only more challenging. These birds possess an even smaller understanding of boundaries and can shriek at volumes double those of toddlers.
Honestly, all they truly desire is affection and care. Regarding one particular Cockatoo, she finds her mother’s love and attention wonderful... yet imagine how much more exciting it would be to become best friends with a donkey instead!
Snowee the Cockatoo And Sallee the donkey are destined to be inseparable pals for life; I'm certain of it. I am eagerly anticipating witnessing all the mischief they will embark upon together now that they've become buddies!

Snowee is a 21-year-old rescued Cockatoo who joined her new family in 2016. Since then, she has witnessed many changes: her parents relocated, acquired additional pets, and established a farm! Their animal collection includes various creatures such as geese, goats, sheep, chickens, and they also have a donkey called Sally Mae!
Most of the other creatures on the farm were already Snowee’s buddies; Sallee was next in line. Their names sounded alike, making it a perfect pairing. Perhaps Sallee might even show her how to honk! Just observe them: they’re inseparable!
Sallee is a lovely white donkey, and donkeys enjoy having companions. Naturally, they are kind and mild-mannered; they flourish through interactions with both animals and humans. Isolated, they tend not to fare well. kept alone; They can become noisy and hostile.
Although Snowee might not offer all the enrichments needed for Sallee to thrive, she certainly doesn’t hinder her progress. Snowee is visually appealing and has the ability to greet people too! It’s perfectly fine to allow a donkey like Snowee to socialize with animals outside the farm setting, provided they maintain an appropriate safety gap.
Fingers crossed, this isn’t the last we hear about the charming camaraderie between Snowee and Sallee. I’m looking forward to witnessing all their milestones together!
