ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) -- The Afro Everything Block Party is set to celebrate culture and community at Century Plaza in downtown Roanoke on April 12 starting at 2 PM.
It’s hosted by Not Your Average Everything and the Humble Hustle Company There will be DJs and live acts performing Afro-Latina, Afro-House, Amapiano, Afrobeats, and Afro-Funk & Jazz music. In addition, food and fashion stalls, as well as art exhibits and various other attractions, will be available.
This occasion is backing the Humble Hustle Company, a nonprofit organization aimed at fostering personal growth in young people via mentoring, outdoor activities, and leadership initiatives.
