Innovative Artists Entertainment has secured a strategic infusion of capital from the Los Angeles–based private equity firm Coral Tree Partners. This move sees Coral Tree acquiring a minority share in the company, ensuring that founder and CEO Scott Harris along with his executive team retain leadership roles. The funds provided by Coral Tree will aid in expediting the growth of Innovative Artists Entertainment by bolstering the resources available for their representatives and expanding array of clients.
Will Wynperle, the founder and partner of Harris and Coral Tree, unveiled the agreement today. This move aims to furnish the agency with extra support to enhance the company’s prospects for development and expansion.
Additionally, the firm has relabeled the agency's current Innovative Artists brand under a single, consolidated identity known as Innovative Artists Entertainment.
